Xiaomi - The Chinese mobile giant seems to surpass all the parameters set in the segment of smart phones. Few days back, it announced about Xiaomi MI Two which will be the first ever phone of the world to sport a Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset supported by a quad-core Krait processor. And at the same time, it launched the updated version of Xiaomi MI- 1 and a smart predecessor of the much-awaited MI 2. Named Xiaomi MI-1s, the phone is however a look alike of the older MI 1 but it uses improved dual-core Snapdragon S3 chipset along with a CPU of 1.7GHz capacitance.
With MI 1already enjoying a great status in the main land China, its updated version went on to create new records, as the company sold 200,000 units of the smart phone within the first hour of release. Look and Design
If you have seen the MI 1, you’ll be finding that MI 1s is the identical twin of the previous device when it comes to the looks. Weighing 149 grams in a whole, the phone comes in the dimensions of 125mm x 63mm x 11.9 mm and is available in an assortment of colors such as white, green, blue, red, violet, orange, and gray.
Display, Memory, and Camera The 4.0”broad broad frame of Xiaomi MI 1-s displays a TFT capacitive touch screen which recognizes 16M colors. Offering the pixel size of 480 x 854, the screen is multi touch enabled.
The external memory of the device can range up to 32GB while the internal memory stands for 4GB ROM as well as 1 GB RAM.
An astounding autofocus enabled 8-megapixel camera, providing 3264x2448 pixels image quality, and LED flash facility is a tempting add-on in the feature portfolio of the phone. Efficiency Quotient of Xiaomi MI 1S Offered for RMB 1,499 ($235) the phone is a must-have device for all those who want a great phone in subdued price but presently it is limited only to Chinese markets, however Xiaomi is soon planning to launch it in the world market too.
