Orders will be processed and shipped on the same BUSINESS day, if payment is CLEARED before 2pm EST (Monday-Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays).
We only ship to registered addresses, so please make sure that the provided shipping address is correct and valid. The same BUSINESS day shipping service will not apply, if the provided address is invalid or incomplete. So, please make sure to provide the correct address.
We can only guarantee the service that we provide, so we HIGHLY recommend the purchase of our low cost shipping insurance to protect your order from damaged and lost-in-the-mail items. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order has been processed. Please understand that even though your order will be shipped on the same BUSINESS day, we cannot guarantee delivery time for the delivery service, only the United States Postal Service can do that.
Same day shipping doesn't apply to:
- International Orders.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Invalid or Incomplete addresses.
- Payment made through PayPal eCheck.
Orders will be processed and shipped in 1 Business Day, if payment is CLEARED before 10am EST (Monday-Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays). Please note that this is not a guaranteed service. We have a 98% record of shipping on time.
Example 1: If you order a product and your payment clears on Tuesday by 10am EST, we will ship it on Wednesday.
Example 2: If you order a product and your payment clears on Friday by 10am EST, we will ship it on Monday.
Example 3: If you order a product and your payment clears on Monday at 3pm EST, we will ship it on Wednesday.

- Due to the security and fraud reasons, we will not accept address change requests over e-mail.
- PayPal Payments: We only ship to PayPal registered addresses, so please make sure to register your shipping address prior to making the payment.
- Credit Card Payments: We only ship to the billing address. For International orders and shipping to a different address, we will require a copy of the credit card, valid identification and a signed form authorizing the purchase.
- If you provide the incorrect shipping address in PayPal while you make the payment, we will not take any responsibility if the package is lost. If package is returned for any reason, buyer will be responsible for paying shipping charges to re-ship the order.
- The FREE SHIPPING offer is only valid to the Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 states), APO/FPO Locations, Alaska, Hawaii, Saipan - Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico.
- While we are unable to offer free shipping to other countries, our international shipping is greatly discounted.
- Items will be shipped after the payment has been cleared. Your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Office. The Delivery Time after the product has been shipped is approximately 1 - 2 business days for Express Mail, 2 - 4 business days for Priority Mail, 2-6 business days for First Class Mail and 6 – 10 business for Express International Mail, (but not include Saturday & Sunday), which depends on the speed of the postal service.
- During checkout, the lowest-cost shipping method will be selected by checkout. If you would like faster service options, those are available at discount rates from the shipping drop-down box.
- Wholesale (quantity) orders may be shipped with UPS Ground, according to our discretion.
- Seller reserve the rights not to ship to an unconfirmed address for payments using PayPal. Payment will be refunded for unacceptable orders & those orders will also be cancelled.
- If the package is returned to us for any reason, buyer is responsible for paying shipping charges to re-ship the order.
- If the package is lost or damaged during the delivery time, a claim can be filed with the United States Postal Services. So, please if you haven't receive your package in a timely manner contact us immediately.
- Please contact us via e-mail before returning the defective item. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, under any circumstances.
