What is your Shipping Policy?

Orders will be processed and shipped on the same BUSINESS day, if payment is CLEARED before 2pm EST (Monday-Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays). We have a customer service and fulfillment team that is second to none and strives to exceed your expectations.

Same day shipping doesn't apply to:

  • International Orders.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Invalid or Incomplete addresses.
  • Payment made through PayPal eCheck.

We only ship to confirmed addresses, so please make sure that the provided shipping address is correct and valid. The same BUSINESS day shipping service will not apply, if the provided address is invalid or incomplete. So, please make sure to provide the correct address.

Due to the security and fraud reasons, we will not accept address changes through e-mail. If you provide the incorrect shipping address in PayPal while you make the payment, we will not take any responsibility if the package is lost. If package is returned for any reason, buyer will be responsible for paying shipping charges to re-ship the order.

We can only guarantee the service that we provide, so we HIGHLY recommend the purchase of our low cost shipping insurance to protect your order from damaged and lost-in-the-mail items. A tracking number will be e-mail to you when your order has been processed. Please understand that even though your order will be shipped on the same BUSINESS day, we cannot guarantee delivery time for the delivery service, only the United States Postal Service can do that.

  • While we are unable to offer free shipping to other countries, our international shipping is greatly discounted.
  • Items will be shipped after the payment has been cleared. Your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Office. The Delivery Time is approximately 1 - 2 business days for Express Mail, 2 - 4 business days for Priority Mail, 2-6 business days for First Class Mail and 6 – 10 business for Express International Mail, (but not include Saturday & Sunday), which depends on the speed of post service.
  • LOCAL PICKUP NOT AVAILABLE: All orders purchased online must be shipped.
  • During checkout, the lowest-cost shipping method will be selected by checkout. If you would like faster service options, those are available at discount rates from the shipping drop-down box.
  • Wholesale (quantity) orders may be shipped with UPS Ground, according to our discretion.
  • The shipping and handling fee for extra services covers packing, warehouse, distribution cost, etc which is not just for postage only.
  • Seller reserves the rights not to ship to the unconfirmed address for the winning bids using PayPal. Payment will be refund (PayPal payment) for unacceptable orders & those orders will also be cancelled.
  • If the package is returned to us for any reason, buyer is responsible for paying shipping charges to re-ship the order.
  • If the package is lost or damaged during the delivery time, a claim can be filed with the United States Postal Services. So, please if you don’t receive your package in a timely manner contact us immediately.

WARRANTY:

All of our items for sale have warranty (please check item details for specific product warranty).

Warranty Guidelines:

Consumer Electronics: 30 days warranty from the date of purchase. Unless stated otherwise on item description.

Accessories: 30 day warranty from the date of purchase.

RETURNS:

If you experience any problems, first contact 24hrsDeals for technical service. If a repair is necessary, you will be e-mailed the service authorization number along with packing instructions.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any request for return, exchange and/ or cancellation according to our discretion.

Save the original box and packing materials. They are specially designed to protect your unit during transit. If the unit is not shipped in the original shipping box for repairs, the repaired unit will be returned in the proper packaging and the customer will be charged additional fees. USPS or UPS will not honor insurance claims if the product is not properly packaged.

Prior to returning any product for repair or replacement, Buyer must obtain written approval from us. We will not be liable for nor accept any non-conforming products unless it has approved their return in writing. A description of the malfunction or defect shall be enclosed with the product being returned. When products have been returned after the expiration of the warranty period for the particular product, repair or replacement cost will be estimated prior to work commencing, resulting in a new purchase order. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply for returns or cancellation other than defective product. Buyers will also be responsible for payment of missing parts and/ or accessories of the returned item accordingly to our price list.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged for the same title only.

Damages caused by wear and tear (ie: Damaged Screen, Scratches, Water Damage, etc.), improper packing or shipping by the buyer are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue a store credit for the buyer in the same amount paid.

Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for return processing.
